Bad breath and tooth decay are common problem prevailing since several generations. Lack of proper care and improper diet and food habits eventually leads to the above. Tip Number 1: Brush your teeth twice a day with toothpaste having fluoride content. Always brush your teeth along with gum massage. To do so gently move the brush in upside down direction make sure there is shoulder moment while brushing teeth.

Tip Number 5: Use sugar free chewing gums containing xylitol, this helps in reduction of bacterial grow.
