Tip Number 1: Take a glass of milk and boil it properly, now add half tea spoon of turmeric powder to it and again boil it. You can also add tulsi (Basil) leaves to it. Drink the milk when its warm. This relieves the throat pain and effectively cures cough and cold.

Tip Number 2: Boil a glass of water and add 4-5 cloves, 1/4th cinnamon powder now let the mixture cool for a while. Now add few drops of lemon juice and a spoon of honey. Stir the mixture and drink when luke warm.

Tip Number 3: Cut fresh ginger and make a paste of it. Boil the paste in water and drink it twice a day.

Tip Number 4: Take a container and boil the water until steam starts appearing. Now take a towel and cover your head, bring the container closer to face and inhale the steam. This will help in opening the obstruction of nose.

How To Maintain A Toned Body?

  1. Cut off Calorie Intake: Include high dietary fibers in diet and cut off the calorie. Cut short your long and heavy meals to smaller and lighter meals by including high fiber, proteins, vitamins and minerals. It is advised to take five to six meals a day.
  2. Cut off Starchy Diet: Intake of potatoes, rice, breads, and junk foods should be avoided. Instead swap the diet with nuts, seeds and avocados. This will help to build up muscles through necessary calories and also to lose fat content.
  3. Include More Protein Diet: Increase your protein diet to help muscles sustain during weight loss. After weight loss the muscle mass needs more proteinaceous diet to overcome from weight loss.

Hey guys today I have bought few tips to share with you in order to get rid of the hair fall and dandruff worries. So lets start..

 

Tip Number 1: Wash your hair at alternate days or with a gap of 2 days (in case of long hairs), so to do so, apply Conditioner first and leave for few minutes (avoid direct contact on scalp), wash it with cold water preferably and then apply shampoo. I would suggest to keep the brand of shampoo and conditioner the same.

Tip Number 2: If you have dandruff, I would always suggest to go for anti- dandruff shampoos which are easily available for more effective results. As the anti-dandruff shampoos are too harsh for the hair, we should use it once a week and preferably in diluted form.

Tip Number 3: To Keep the scalp moist and hydrated, you can apply coconut oil (Warm) and massage it gently. Keep it for at least 2 hrs and wash.

Tip Number 4: Egg White mask can also be considered in order to prevent hair fall. Egg not only provides nourishment to the hair, but also it adds shine to the hair as it is the best conditioner and also helps in re-bonding of hair. Break 2 eggs and takeout the yolk, mix the egg white well and apply to the scalp. Leave for 30 mins and wash thoroughly.

Tip Number 5: Amla (Gooseberries) are rich sources of Vitamin A and is essential for healthy hair growth can also be used as a home remedy. Amla juice if taken daily helps in strong growth of hair. Apart from this, you can take amla powder and mix it with lemon juice and coconut oil and apply to the scalp directly keep for 20 mins and wash thoroughly. This helps in strong growth of hair follicle and nourishment of hair.

Tip Number 6: Take a teaspoon of Yogurt or curd and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix them well and apply directly to the scalp keep it for 30 mins and wash thoroughly. Yogurt is also believed to be a good conditioner for hair.

Tip Number 7: Take 2 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds (Methi) and soak them in water for overnight. Now take the seeds and make a paste, add half tablespoon of coconut oil and apply it gently to the scalp. Leave it for 30 mins and wash thoroughly.

Tip Number 8: Take a bag of green tea and leave it for 15 mins in hot water. Wait for few minutes for water to be luke warm, now take off the green tea bag and rinse your hair thoroughly.

Tip Number 9: Don’t comb your hair when wet, hair are more likely to be weak and easily fall off from the follicle. Also, avoid frequent use of blow dryers as they suck the moisture from the scalp and leave them rough and dry.

Here are few exercises that helps to cut off belly fat faster:

Plank: This is the best and effective exercise. Plank should always be practiced in a proper posture. Place a yoga mat; place your hand below your shoulder. The position of your knees should be parallel to your hips. Keep on breathing (Inhale and Exhale). Now put your palms forward and slowly raise your hips and stretch your legs as far as possible with toes stuck to the mat. Make sure your head, spine and hips all are aligned in straight line. Initially you should start with shorter time span.

Side Plank: The body posture will remain the same as that of plank. Here we will roll our body from right side at first and then on the left side alternatively placing one arm on the mat and the whole body weight will be at one side with every direction. Hold the position for a while. Maintain the body alignment. Practice it alternatively with a slight break in between (if needed).

Crunches: These are very useful when we talk of abdominal muscles. You can practice it by placing yoga mat on floor, lie down straight at back. Now touch your head very lightly with your hands and move your upper back forward (inhale), now lie back (Exhale). Repeat this exercise 50 time. You can also try this by raising your legs above ground and push your upper back forward.

Bicycle Crunches: This is practiced the same way as that of normal crunches. The only difference is that the movement of both the legs should be like that of riding bicycle. Lift the legs above ground with your upper back moving forward.

Jumping Jacks: For this exercise, stand up and spread both legs slightly, lift both your arms and jump. Make sure you inhale while jumping and exhale while relaxing back. Repeat this exercise for 50 times.

Keep your body hydrated: Our body comprises of 70% of water, so in order to keep this rate constant we have to maintain the hydration rate. It’s not necessary ONLY drink water in order to keep the body hydrated. Alternatively we can try Fruit Juice, Shakes, Coconut Water, Healthy Drinks, Beverages (Excluding Caffeine content), Milk, Flavored Milk (in case you find regular Milk Boring… Buhahaha), butter milk and many more.

Eat Healthy: To keep the digestive system healthy and pinkish we should try to avoid junk foods as far as we can. I know it’s very difficult to follow a strict diet in such a pacing world where junks are easily available and attracts the attention, but mind it, its not impossible. Skipping healthy diet once in a week is allowed but we should focus on healthy diet to boost our immunity and keep us health. So here are few dietary routine that one must follow:

  • Eat Heavy Breakfast: Include Fruits, Eggs, Milk, Juice, Oats, Brown Bread, Multigrain breads, Grams, Sprouts and Green Tea.
  • Never Skip your Lunch: You can include multi grain chapattis, brown rice, pulses, leafy veggies (for fibrous content), salads, curd.
  • Dinner TIME!!: Make sure you finish off your dinner before 4 hours of your sleep. No munching midnight.. So its always advisable to cut short your dinner. You may include Green and leafy salads, few chapattis, veggies.

 

Make sure your diet should comprise of all necessary Vitamins, Minerals, Calcium, Fiber and Protein in order to be a balanced diet.

 

Proper Sleep: It is advisable to take at least 6-7 hrs of complete and uninterrupted sleep. During this time the body prepares to revive and repair and relax our muscles in order to work again. Quality sleep at the right times can help protect our mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. Poor sleep can even lead to weight gain. People with short sleep duration tend to weigh significantly more than those who get adequate sleep.

Regular Workouts:  It is advisable to at least do regular exercise for at least 45 mins to 1 hour a day in order to be healthy. Workouts of anyform are always beneficial it can be as Yoga, gym, Aerobics, Zumba, dance Classes anything. I always get bored if I stick to a particular work out session. So I keep on switching to swimming or even jogging or walking. These help me a lot when I am not in a mood to workout. Simply engage yourself in some activity that you find interesting.
